California allows a regulated appliance to be sold there only if its model is in the state's appliance efficiency database. Wattlist keeps each regulated product's model number, any exception, the model as the database lists it and the day you checked. Model numbers are compared with case, spaces and dashes evened out. A California order with an unlisted or mismatched product is held; a listing not re-checked in a year is flagged. You look models up yourself. Not legal advice.

How am I billed?
$9 a month through Shopify's own app billing, on your normal Shopify bill. No card is taken here and there is no share of your sales.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Shopify tells the app the moment you uninstall, and the app erases what it kept for your store. Customer data requests from Shopify are answered the same way. The full detail is on the app's own privacy page.
