New York's notice on personalised prices.
New York law says a price set by an algorithm using a shopper's personal data must carry a set notice by the price. Algonote logs each price your pricing app shows and the inputs it used, and you mark which inputs are personal data. Price by price, it says whether the notice was owed and whether it was shown. It also checks the notice itself: New York's exact words, placed by the price, big enough to read and with enough colour contrast. Algonote does not set prices. Not legal advice.

How am I billed?
$6 a month through Shopify's own app billing, on your normal Shopify bill. No card is taken here and there is no share of your sales.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Shopify tells the app the moment you uninstall, and the app erases what it kept for your store. Customer data requests from Shopify are answered the same way. The full detail is on the app's own privacy page.
