A small panel on your site shows each member their points, tier, what it takes to reach the next tier, the rewards they can use, and when their points lapse. Points are earned on product price, not shipping or tax, and a refund takes back the same share. Tiers follow the last 365 days' spend. You are told 30 days before points lapse so you can send a reminder.

The problem

Points on whole dollars of the products' price - not shipping, not tax - times the member's tier multiplier at the time.
A refund takes back the same share of that order's points, never more than the member still holds.
A reward needs enough points and an order at least as large as the reward, so it never turns into cash. Points have no cash value.
The tier is the last 365 days' spend, net of refunds.
Points lapse after the shop's number of months with no earning or spending; the shop is told 30 days ahead so it can send a reminder.

How am I billed?

$12 a month through Shopify's own app billing, on your normal Shopify bill. No card is taken here and there is no share of your sales.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?
