Muster puts a wholesale application form on your store and checks every application: tax number format and checksum, free email addresses, a website that does not match, expired resale certificates, and companies you already have under a slightly different name. Each has a risk score with every reason in words. Approve, and it creates the B2B company, location and contact with your chosen catalog and payment terms. Auto-approve rules can pass clean applications, never one with a serious problem.

The problem
A wholesale application form for Shopify with the vetting built in — and on approval it creates the B2B company, its location and its contact, with the catalog and payment terms already on it.
It answers what a merchant with a pile of wholesale applications actually asks:
- Did they fill the form in properly?
- Is that tax number real-looking — or a typo, or made up?
- Is this a company I already have, under a slightly different name?
- How risky is it, and why, in words?
- Would one of my rules approve it on its own?
What it does

the queue: waiting, high risk, how many a rule would approve, and the free approvals left this month. Every row has its risk score and its biggest reason. Filter by waiting / approved / rejected / all.
the vetting with every reason and every check it passed; what they sent; Approve with a catalog and payment terms, showing the exact company, location and contact Shopify will create, the Admin API calls in full, and the approval email; Reject with a reason and a note, showing the rejection email.
the application form builder: wording, the fields (the ones Shopify needs to create a company are locked), your own questions (text, dropdown, tick box, date and so on), and a working storefront preview — send it and it lands in the queue, vetted, like a real one.
rules, tried top to bottom; each carries its own catalog and terms. A table shows what your rules would do to everything waiting now.
shop name and email signer, the Shopify plan (which sets the catalog limit), catalogs, payment terms, the contact's role, the customer tag, draft-order review, vetting thresholds, the free tier, look, and backup / restore / sample / erase. Records live in this browser under the localStorage key muster.v1. Save a backup file from Settings now and then. A record that cannot be read is set aside under its own key, never written over.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Shopify tells the app the moment you uninstall, and the app erases what it kept for your store. Customer data requests from Shopify are answered the same way. The full detail is on the app's own privacy page.
