Right after checkout, buyers open their order with its number and email and, for the minutes you set (60 by default), can change the ship-to address, swap to another size of the same item, or cancel. The window shuts early once the order is fulfilled or a label is bought. A new address must be complete before it replaces the old one, swaps only go to options in stock, and a cancel puts the stock back. Every price difference or refund left behind sits on your to-do list until you settle it.

- The buyer needs both the order number and its email.
- The window is the shop's minutes after the order (60 by default) and shuts early on fulfilment or a bought label.
- A new address must be whole - name, street, city, a real US state and a ZIP - before it replaces the old one.
- A swap stays inside the same product and only to an option in stock; a price difference is owed one way or the other until the shop settles it.
- A cancel puts the stock back and owes the whole total until the shop marks it refunded.

How am I billed?

What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Shopify tells the app the moment you uninstall, and the app erases what it kept for your store. Customer data requests from Shopify are answered the same way. The full detail is on the app's own privacy page.
