It is free for development stores with 5 rules on cart total and country, $3.99 a month for discount, product, weight, customer and shipping conditions, $5.99 for AND/OR, and $7.99 for the express-button hiding (which it marks Shopify Plus only). Its one visible complaint: its app embed crashed a theme editor. Wicket: every condition and AND/OR in one plan, no theme embed at all (it runs as a checkout function), and the test carts that prove no buyer is stranded.
