Sample orders are capped per order and per customer over 30 days. What a customer paid for a sample comes off their full order of that product within your credit window. Each sample order gets follow-up messages on set days about only the samples the customer has not bought yet. A report shows samples sent and then bought, per product.

How am I billed?
$8 a month through Shopify's own app billing, on your normal Shopify bill. No card is taken here and there is no share of your sales.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Shopify tells the app the moment you uninstall, and the app erases what it kept for your store. Customer data requests from Shopify are answered the same way. The full detail is on the app's own privacy page.
