It puts three notices on the product page, in the cart and in the order email: the lowest price of the last 30 days on every sale, the legal guarantee notice, and the durability label where a product earns it, in all 24 official EU languages. First it checks your store for fake "was" prices, a label shown where it is not allowed, product text promising less than the 2-year legal minimum, and a template missing the notice. It does not claim compliance.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Shopify tells the app the moment you uninstall, and the app erases what it kept for your store. Customer data requests from Shopify are answered the same way. The full detail is on the app's own privacy page.
