Provenline keeps who made each piece and how: Indian labor throughout, a collaboration, assembled from parts, designed but made by others, or not Indian-made. It records each Indian maker's tribe and enrollment number or tribal certification. Under the Indian Arts and Crafts Act, it flags wording that suggests Indian-made goods the piece has not earned, keeps it off until the maker's record is on file, and makes the recommended hangtag. What happens to my data if I uninstall?
