Each flavour of a packaged food needs its own Nutrition Facts panel. Morsel keeps the figures per flavour, rounds them as the FDA's rules say, works out % Daily Value from the FDA's current table, and builds the panel. It reads each flavour's ingredients for the nine major food allergens and checks the Contains line declares every one, naming the kind of tree nut, fish or shellfish. Flavours missing a panel, serving size or allergen are listed. The figures are yours; Morsel does not test food.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?
